Use the task-based Help Center to prepare a Board, operate an incident, understand access, and recover from common connection or save problems.
Common help paths
Account-access problems
Use the password-reset option from Sign In if you still control the account email address. If an invitation is unexpected, do not accept it. Board owners can review invitations and remove permissions from the Permissions page.
When an action fails
First confirm the current Board or Map state before repeating a save. Use Retry when offered. A support reference identifies the failed request without requiring you to copy technical error details.
