This release supports one owned Board per account and one saved deployment per Board. Boards shared with you do not use the owned-Board slot.
How it works
Fill In Board connects Map preparation, standard apparatus placement, live incident operation, and authorized history in one understandable workflow.
Step 1
Use five guided steps to start with a blank Map or an existing image, then add districts, stations, and labels. The Map remains private until its owner explicitly applies it.
Step 2
Applying the Map creates the owner’s Board or replaces the Map on the existing Board without changing apparatus, incidents, deployments, or permissions.
Step 3
Open an incident, add apparatus from the owner’s standard catalog, and place each unit in its normal starting location.
Step 4
Save the current unit arrangement as the Board’s one reusable deployment. Update it when the standard arrangement changes or start an incident with an empty Board.
Step 5
Authorized operators move and tip units, send messages, close the incident, and later review lifecycle information through Incident History.

Users view and message, Admins operate incidents, and Owners control settings, Maps, invitations, permissions, and deletion.
Editing a source Map never silently changes a live Board. The owner receives an update notice and chooses when to apply it.
The Help Center walks through Map creation, apparatus placement, deployments, roles, and incident operation.
