Acceptable use and account responsibility
Use Fill In Board lawfully, protect account access, and keep shared Board information accurate for the people working from it.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, maintain control of the registered email address, use a unique password, and do not share account access. If unexpected activity appears, change the account password and review accepted Board roles and permissions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse invitations, attempt unauthorized access, upload unsafe or unlawful content, interfere with service operation, impersonate another person, or use the service to harm another person or organization.
Information accuracy
Fill In Board displays the Maps, apparatus details, placements, statuses, messages, and permissions entered by its users. Owners, administrators, and operators are responsible for keeping the information they manage accurate and for correcting it when circumstances change.
Your content and permissions
You must have the right to upload Maps, images, labels, and other content. You authorize the service to store, process, render, back up, and display that content as necessary to provide the requested features. Board owners control invitations and assigned permissions within the application.
Availability and changes
The service may be delayed, interrupted, changed, or unavailable. Features, limits, and workflows may change through future releases. Important user-visible changes should be described through release updates or in-application notices.
Suspension, deletion, and termination
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, other users, service integrity, or legal compliance. Deleting a Board or account may permanently remove permissions, deployments, incident history, and other associated content as described in the applicable confirmation workflow.
