Map Builder and First-Board Setup Update

This release connects Map creation directly to a clearer first-Board setup and simplifies routine incident operation for firefighters and fire officers.
Guided Map Builder
Create a private response Map in five steps: Map Setup, Districts, Stations, Labels, and Finish. Empty or minimal Maps remain valid. Applying a Map is explicit, and the Board owner is notified when the source Map later has an update available.
First-Board setup
After a Map creates the first Board, an in-application checklist explains the next operational tasks: start an incident, add apparatus, arrange the units, and save the standard deployment. The guide can be restarted without changing Board data.
Deployment management
A saved deployment can be applied, updated from the current apparatus arrangement, renamed, made the default, removed as the default, or deleted. Deleting a saved deployment does not remove apparatus already loaded into an incident.
Current Board and deployment limits
This release supports one owned Board per account and one saved deployment per Board. A user can still open Boards shared with them, and shared Boards do not consume the owned-Board slot.
Consistent apparatus
Board operators now use the Board owner's apparatus catalog consistently. Apparatus-type customization is not available in this release, and existing custom types remain visible for compatibility.
Clearer incident operation
The live Board now has improved Map fitting and zoom behavior, saved view restoration, selected-unit placement, connection feedback, incident closure, and a more prominent path for starting the next incident.
Incident History and help
Owners and administrators can review archived incidents and authorized activity through Incident History. The public Help Center, Board quick reference, permissions guidance, recovery guidance, and trust information have also been expanded.
